WHO WE ARE
We are an educational and community-building hub focusing on family and arts. ChatterBox Theatre Society provides a space for members to connect, communicate, find support, and learn. We teach youth positive values and support them in their development stages while building a stronger community by encouraging public interaction and dialogue.
We focus on values like family, friendship, teamwork, and trust. We are a family, and we welcome the young people of our community into our theatre to be active members of our organization, teaching them positive values and letting them know they belong within our society.
“We can’t suddenly change the world, but we can push it in the right direction for the future. Never stop pushing the world, gently and with compassion.”
Founder - ChatterBox Theatre Society
Our plays focus on family, self-confidence, self-expression, compassion, bullying, gender inequality, and positive versus negative relationships. We hope the lessons learned from our plays will bring awareness, build empathy, stimulate curiosity, and open conversations.
We also support the local artistic community by creating development opportunities for young artists and helping connect the public with emerging artists. We offer a part of our space for exhibitions and different annual events.
Lastly, we are a safe space for the local community to connect, learn and laugh together. We invite everyone from the community to join us in self-expression and an appreciation for the arts, where we as a community can grow together.
