Terms and Conditions*

OPEN CAMERAS AND MICROPHONES DURING THE SESSION ARE MANDATORY. This conversation will be done over Zoom and will be facilitated by the instructor of the story-writing team always to ensure safety. We ask parents to be in the room with their child to assist with technology and facilitate an engaging discussion. Chatterbox Theatre Society will only ask children to meet in person or to discuss something within the parameters of the theme selected by children. We will not ask children to meet outside of the given event time or to meet without a parent or guardian present. Chatterbox Theatre Society will not tolerate any forms of bullying or harassment, and any breach of this will result in immediate strict action taken. Information regarding children, parents, staff or volunteers shall be respected and handled confidentially. All information concerning children, parents, staff or volunteers shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed to or discussed with anyone other than those authorized to receive such information unless disclosure is authorized by law.
